Hi, I'm Katy, and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 45. As you may have heard me say on my podcast, this diagnosis completely turned my world upside down! I looked back at so much of my life — school, my multiple careers and hobbies, friendships, my marriage, my relationship with food and my body — all of it with this new lens, and it was overwhelming.
It changed the way I saw my entire life — not only looking back over my past and realizing how much I had been struggling, but also looking forward to my future and seeing the potential and my gifts finally working for me.
That's why I built this course — and why I’ve made it my mission to help neurodivergent women learn to love their brains and live a more fulfilling, gratifying life moving forward.
If you’re ready, then your first step to better understanding and harnessing your incredible strengths — and finally appreciating yourself for the magical, weird, wonderful being that you are — starts NOW!
In "Hey, it's ADHD!", we'll cover 3 main sections:
ADHD 101: Questions that are probably top of mind
Wait, that's ADHD, Too? Symptoms and Traits
Your ADHD Treatment Plan (split into two sub-sections)
A sense of reflection
An open mind
Roughly 2 hours of time (this can be split however you like, but I recommend completing everything in the next week, so that you don't lose momentum).
Whether you’re just starting to wonder if you have ADHD, or you’ve been newly diagnosed and wondering “what next?”, or you’ve been diagnosed for years but still feel unclear as to how to best lean into your strengths professionally or personally, my goal with this course is that you'll leave with a sense of relief and a deeper understanding of what ADHD is, how to embrace it in your own life, and feel ready and able to build yourself a practical toolkit for your own life, including your next steps.
